Based in Barcelona, we operate as a private investment platform deploying proprietary capital across real estate, consumer goods retail, and technology-driven startups. While the current structure was established two years ago, the platform is built on long-standing private investing experience and a hands-on, execution-focused approach.

Investment activity is centred on three core areas. In real estate, exposure spans residential and commercial assets, buy-to-flip strategies, refurbishment projects, and distressed situations including non-performing loans (NPLs) and real estate owned (REO) assets, with a focus on asset backing, disciplined entry pricing, and defined exit pathways.

In consumer goods retail, capital is paired with strategic and operational involvement, particularly in clothing retail and scalable brands, supporting omnichannel expansion across physical retail and e-commerce through lean, performance-driven growth strategies.

Technology-driven startup investments are pursued horizontally, with a focus on artificial intelligence and digital services that enhance efficiency and decision-making across both real estate and consumer investments, creating shared infrastructure and long-term operational leverage.
